Carrot, Roselle & Honey Juice Recipe
This vibrant drink is packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and natural energy boosters—perfect for a refreshing start to your day!
π₯€ Ingredients:
- 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup dried roselle flowers (or 1 cup fresh)
- 2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups water
- Ice cubes (optional)
πΉ Instructions:
- Boil the Roselle – In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add dried roselle flowers and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the water turns deep red. Strain and let cool.
- Juice the Carrots – Blend or juice the carrots until smooth. If using a blender, strain for a smoother texture.
- Mix Everything – In a jug, combine the carrot juice, roselle tea, and honey. Stir well.
- Serve & Enjoy – Pour over ice for a chilled, refreshing drink!
