Ingredients:
- 1 cup black grapes (halved)
- 6-8 dates (pitted & chopped)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black salt (or regular salt)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder (optional)
- Fresh basil or mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Cut the grapes and cherry tomatoes in half.
- Chop the dates into small pieces.
Mix & Season:
- In a bowl, combine grapes, dates, and tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Add black salt, black pepper, and cumin powder.
Garnish & Serve:
- Toss everything well and garnish with fresh basil or mint leaves.
- Let it sit for 5–10 minutes for the flavors to blend.
