Black Grape, Date & Tomato Salad

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup black grapes (halved)
  • 6-8 dates (pitted & chopped)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black salt (or regular salt)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder (optional)
  • Fresh basil or mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Cut the grapes and cherry tomatoes in half.
    • Chop the dates into small pieces.
  2. Mix & Season:

    • In a bowl, combine grapes, dates, and tomatoes.
    • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
    • Add black salt, black pepper, and cumin powder.
  3. Garnish & Serve:

    • Toss everything well and garnish with fresh basil or mint leaves.
    • Let it sit for 5–10 minutes for the flavors to blend.
