Chia Seed Yogurt Delight with Honey & Banana


 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup milk (optional, for a smoother texture)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Nuts or granola for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Chia Pudding (Optional, but Creamy!):

    • Mix chia seeds with 1/2 cup milk.
    • Let sit for 15–30 minutes (or overnight for a thicker consistency).
  2. Assemble:

    • Stir the chia mixture into yogurt.
    • Add honey and vanilla extract.
    • Mix well until smooth.
  3. Top It Off:

    • Slice the banana and layer it on top.
    • Sprinkle nuts or granola for crunch.
  4. Enjoy:

    • Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for a refreshing taste!
