Instructions:
Prepare Chia Pudding (Optional, but Creamy!):
- Mix chia seeds with 1/2 cup milk.
- Let sit for 15–30 minutes (or overnight for a thicker consistency).
Assemble:
- Stir the chia mixture into yogurt.
- Add honey and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until smooth.
Top It Off:
- Slice the banana and layer it on top.
